videos on my camera

right when i film a vid on my phone i can upload it anywhere no problem but when i film something with my camera it won't load on photobucket or you tube. does nayone know why

I've never tried downloading vids from my camera, and I'm afraid I'm a computer dunce, so I can't help. Steve might know, though.

what the message does it give you?

You can on photobucket but it is really slow, took me nearly 4 hours to upload 82 pics and 3 films!

What Camera is it and what Format are Videos being made in???

I had the same issue because I use a Panasonic HD camera and they record in a format that only Panasonic or Sony can read.

I checked the internet for advice and found by using a video converter ( I choose Wondershare, offers trial version and Full Price is reasonable)
I can make videos for almost anything and then upload them in half/Quarter of the time..

thats what it is my camera is a new olympus HD one. its the HD that is doing it. problem solved after christmas though. i dropped a hint for a vid camera from santa. if you hear a scream you know i didnt get one

well i have set a vid off uploading or downloading what ever it is. trying o put it on photobucket we'll see how long it takes but thats the last time i use the camera for video

well 25 minutes and 17% done the damn video is only about 45 seconds long stupid this isnt it

well, you always can convert your videos before uploading
