Hi everyone!

Hi there,I have just found this site and thought I would sign up.My name is Holly,I'm 32,I live with my partner of 16 years and our 8 year old daughter in our own little zoo!! Amongst our many pets we have 2 gorgeous staffys,jade is 15,a White and black pied and kobi is a long legged blue who is 3. Jade was our first staffy 15 years ago followed by Kayne a year later,sadly we lost Kayne 3 years ago at 10 years old due to cancer(but it's a long story so I will not bore you with it here)and I felt like my heart had been ripped out,a week later jade was diagnosed with the same cancer and given 3 months to live.I've had better weeks!! A few months later we found kobi and he helped to heal the pain of losing kayne and he has been my shadow ever since.Jade is somehow still here 3 and a half years later,she is deaf,mostly blind and has more lumps and bumps than a pebble beach but she is still here and that's all that counts.I hope to be an active member of the site as I have lots of opinions and experience with staffys so will hopefully speak to you all soon.xxx

wow thats a good age for a staffy!!! i lost my alsation in 2009 to cancer had to have her pts to save her pain she was only 9....anyway welcome to the forum from me daija and roxi

Well we have the 2 dogs,2 rabbits,an African Pygmy hedgehog,giant African land snails,a large marine fish tank and are about to get some poison dart frogs.We have recently given away our chameleon as we did not feel we had enough time for him but he is with a family member so we still see him.I love animals of all types and at some point have owned most of them!!!
