I am pretty sure one is about his life growing up in the knotts. i'll do a quick search. but you gotta watch that fight sunday steve. both these guys love to brawl. i love hardy but he has lost 3 in a row now. but its only coz he likes to stand and fight and has no defense when they take him to the ground.

I'm not watching this one as none of the fights really intrest me all that much. Now the card in Brazil in a couple of weeks I am really excited for.

While I know that this isn't an MMA forum and I realize that you aren't a regular follower of the sport . That was spoken like a fair weather fan. Almost all of these fights have contender status or close and all of these fights will be extremely great.

I'm actually a huge MMA fan and have actually competed in MMA events 11 times. I trained extensively in boxing, wresting, muy thai and jui jitsu. All of the fights are good I'm just not overly excited about any of the matchups on this particular card. It's nice to see Dana White put on a free show on occasion though because PPV can get expensive.

Just ribbing ya. But just saying Jim Miller is fighting Ben henderson and that isn't even the main event. Miller holds the 3rd longest win streak in the UFC only behind GSP and Silva. Henderson is the former WEC LW champ. And the other fights are just as good. Nice background also. I have a BB in TKD wrestled from 5-18 and am the undefeated champ at several local pubs.

Well Dan Hardy got beat again. Was a great fight though. Lot of great fights last night.

It was a great fight. He hurt Lytle a few times but couldn't put him away. He was losing by points and at the end he tried to take Lytle down and got choked out.

He is probably on his way already. He has lost four in a row now. They normally cut a fighter after 3 losses in a row but they announced they would not be cutting Hardy. I imagine that it is because they are trying to build a stronger British following of the UFC.

Only got to catch the Lytle/Hardy fight and it turned out to be a good one. I would have liked to see Hardy make more of his reach advantage by using a jab but liked that he was trying to land a knee when Lytle would drop his head before going inside.

Yea. Hardy made no attempts to leg kick or jab. He was head hunting the whole time. I am glad to see Lytle go out with a big win though. He was a very entertaining fighter.

I was shocked that Hardy shot for the take down but it was nice to see Lytle go out with a win. Word is he wants to be able to spend more time with his kids.

Yea. He is a full time fireman also.

I had forgotten that. I have alot of respect for those guys. I don't think I could run into a burning building for a living.
