Riots and looting in Plymouth :(

Well It looks like we're in for a rough ride tonight. Apparently there are gonna be riots and looting here. There were lots of police around today trying to deter people but I doubt it worked. I can't believe us janners are gonna be playing host to the same bloody retarded behaviours that other parts of the uk have seen. It makes me embarrassed to be a brit and a plymothian at the moment Sad

Don't take it as fact. Been a load of rumour here too. A warehouse was on fire, aparently due to riots! It was just a fire! And fb is going mad about boarded shops, looters! I live in the town centre and everyones just going about there usual evening! Scare mongering imo x

Well I'll watch the news tomorrrow and see if anything happened. I'd hate to think that the same thing will happen here but who knows? Will just have to wait and see.

Same here - there have been loads of rumours of rioting to come here, but it looks like that's all it was - rumours. It was all based on 4 cars being 'set on fire'. Actually it was four seperate incidents & had nothing to do with vandalism!
