worst day ever

My car has been making a squeeking noise by one of the belts for the past week,and i was sorting out getting it booked in to be looked at.But driving home earlier,smoke started pouring out of my bonnet! To say i myself is an understatment lol.Luckly enough i was just up the road from my house,got it home,opened the bonnet,loads of smoke shot out.The auxillary belt was moving,and the wheel that it spins on wasnt,so it was burning the belt
So im really gutted now,i love my car

noooooooo is it dead then sorry i'm not good with a cars

Hubby said he thinks he can sort it out,but it will probably be of the road for about a month or so,cause hes a bus driver he works wierd shifts so its having time to do it

it drives the water pump,power steering pump,Air conditioning compressor and the alternator so its like a major part

Its a nightmare isnt it? Can never plan much in advance

I had to fix my drive/auxillery belt last month. It's not that bad of a job. Took me about half an hour and belt was about a tenner.

Hubby had a good look earlier,its destroyed the tension wheel,and theres a crack forming on the engine.so he said hes not doing it,and the cars going on ebay for spares or repairs The mot is due next month,so he said its not worth the time or money anymore.Im on the lookout for a new car now.Cairo will have to get used to sitting on the back seats,as i dont think ill be able to get another estate

The engine can overheat very quickly with no water pumping round it.....such a shame its damaged. Hope you manage to find a bargin.

pitty ye stay so far away a fix cars trucks busses daily !!

I hope i find a bargain too.It couldnt have come at a worser time either.So close to christmas,its extra money i have to spend now,and i need a car for then.I cant do anything or see family without one

Get the hubby to steal a bus from the depot

Its on ebay now so fingers crossed it sells,had someone from hubbys work saying his son wants a mondeo engine,so i no one person whos interested in it at least.

iv been on the bus 1 time in the twenty years iv been past my drivin test it not the best experance in the world people keep gettin on and off and they never go the quickest way home and these people make a living(just)out of this its just crazy

Ive got a free bus pass too,but after the experiance i had today on the bus,i just want my car! There was a vile man on the bus sneezing everywhere,i was nearly sick it was so vile :-& so i go to the back of the bus and a wasp flies at me! thats when i started nagging at my hubby about the public transport,and he said id get my car asap lol
