is he kc reg? if not then staffs come in all shapes and sizes due to crosses at some point in the background lol. Not to worry x

What Blaze said! If he doesn't have papers you can't know his true history. There may have been some other breeds in his family history, or he may just have been bred taller. Either way he is handsome and your Ollie is adorable!
