I got a job!

I just got a job at a pet supply called Planet Dog! I start on Sunday and I am so excited! I can even bring Saxon to work with me! How cool is that!? They sell food, treats, people and dog clothing, collars, leads, toys and they have 3 groomers on site. They make their own toys, people clothing, collars, and leads. I love their products and I can't wait to start working for them!

He's had it for months and still hasn't destroyed it! I'd say it's pretty "tuff!"

Thanks everyone, I am so excited about this!! I won't be bringing Saxon with me on Sunday because there is a puppy play group and it would be so much stimulation for a first day. It's going to be fun to see all of the puppies, though! I can't wait until I am comfortable enough with the job to bring Saxon along!

We excited to announce that we have hired a new Retail Store Associate. Christina Jacobs will be joining beginning this Sunday, August 7th. Christina is from Litchfield, Connecticut, but now lives in Portland, where she is attending University of Southern Maine, majoring in Psychology. Christina has a lot of experience in customer service positions including work in some markets and cafes in Litchfield and a jewelry store at the Maine Mall. Most recently she was an administrative assistant at USM’s Student Success Center.
In addition, Christina has always been active in volunteer activities, especially with a Connecticut Waterfowl Conservancy.
Christina has a 10-month old Staffordshire Bull Terrior named Saxon and two cats – David Bowie (2 years old) and Ziggy Stardust (1 year old).
Please join me in welcoming Christina to the Pack!

I would LOVE a job like that!! Only trouble is, I would spend all my pay in the shop buying my 2 spoilt brats more toys and treats!!
