I have a 5 year old staffie bitch called Dizzy & a 13 year old staff x lab called Taz who I rescued from Dogs Trust. I will post some piccies up as soon as I figure out photobucket

I must say I've only had a quick look round and already it seems like a great forum, all the others I've found seem to geared more towards, how do I say this without being un-politically correct, people who have staffies to obtain a certain 'look'.
I look forward to sharing experiences and learning much more about this fabulous and mis understood breed.

Awww they are both gorgous

It's a great pic....how did you manage to get them both to sit still for 2 seconds.....I struggle to just get one to stay long enough to take a pic.

Thanks guys. I must admit I cheated, I had a pocket full of biscuits! We've only had Taz a couple of months, he's 13 and we got him from dogs trust in kenilworth but I just couldn't leave him there, he made me cry as soon as I saw him, a rescue centre is no place for an old dog.
Since we had him they have become the best of friends, the only thing they argue about is who gets to sleep where on the bed!

Well done for rescuing him. I just got my dog snipped for £30 thanks for dog trust so I have been looking on their website myself as I want another dog. If I get another I will be returning the favour and going to dogs trust. They have nearly 800 dogs that need a home...so sad

My other half is a DJ so he's out when I go to bed so me and the dogs get prime positions and he has to squeeze in when he gets home

Hahaha! Bandit used to sleep on our bed, but Dempsey's so big, neither of us can get in once he's settled himself!

Lol im a sucker for letting kaiser sleep on my bed im sure he likes to arkward to and sleep side ways so he takes up all the room. lovely dogs u have there and well done on the rescue
