Trying to find a decent artificial grass potty area on lg patio & need some help!

Hiiiii guys! I am posting for my 4 month old puppy Zion, we’re trying to rule out grass as a possible allergen for him. I wanted to set him up a potty spot on our patio (a big patio, we also have a pool) but the one artificial grass I ordered off Amazon was maybe 0.25in thick and was nothing like real grass. Also, any others that I find on Amazon are very small in size because they are either used inside or on an apartment patio. Does anyone know of a decent size potty area with artificial grass that I can get that actually mimics real grass? I just want to have him a decent set up
