Hello,My little jack russel has been off her food for almost a week now,eating very little,getting worried what should i do.

I agree too, i definitely sounds as if a trip to the vets is in order. Hope they can help and she gets better soon.

If it's already been a week, then yes, I'd get her to the vets. Is she being sick or does she have the runs?

Anytime a dog stops eating for more than a day I would recommend a trip to the vet.
