Hi everyone, just curious to know the rough weight of your staffordshire at 8 months. Curious because most of all the staffords I have seen Harley is bigger at 8 month than a lot of the adults. I am not worried as he is very fit and has little fat. He is KC registered and is currently 17kg does this sound about right? His mum was quite big from what I can remember.

millie is kc but she's a girl, she's only 13.8 kg and she's 18 months now, he might just stay at that weight now, millie didn't get much heavier after about 9 months old Smile

I can't remember how heavy Bane was at that age but he is a cross so is bigger than a lot of Staffs. They do all come in different shapes and sizes though and I rarely see traditional small and chunky sized ones about. They seem to be getting bigger!

They say the average for a female staff is 12-15kg... Nala is 16 and she looks small for a staffy. The sizes are so incredibly varied for these dogs it's hard to judge.

Alfie is 9 months and was 22kg a few weeks ago. He only eats small amounts and doesnt have any fat on him.
