He wasn't overly sure, but did eat most of it. But looking at it it's gonna be horrendously expensive doing it that way!!! As the butcher was so rude and not helpful at all. I really don't know where to start really.

Are there any other local butchers? I drove around to about 6 different ones asking if they had meat scraps and offcuts, poultry carcasses, pig heads and trotters anything...most of them said no but there were a couple we found that had odd bits!
Is ordering online an option at all? I know it is cheaper to bulk buy but there may be a local supplier somewhere? Also any local abbatoirs you could call?

Ahahaha Emma I just commented on your post saying the same thing as here!!! I am going to order lokis trays online, so I think I'm gonna do a big bulk order online once a month
