Tried and tested prawn risotto

Made this one tonight and was yummy

Also did a nibbles/starter of smoked salmon and thinly sliced peeled cucumber with lemon juice and creme fraiche mixed with lemon juice, chives and creamed horseradish with bread which was very nice too

mmmmm saz that looks really nice,i may try this will freeze ready eat pawns be ok or should i get some uncook ones?
