Can you buy ear cleaner?

Harry started shaking his head last night and he is still doing it this morning so I assume its an ear problem.

Years ago the Vet gave me a bottle of stuff to put in my old staffs ear and then you had to stand back
because he would shake his head and the stuff would go everywhere   

Does anyone know whether you can buy this without going to the Vets and what its called, or recommend
something please? I'm reluctant to take Harry to the Vets so soon after his eye problem because he
picked up a virus from other dogs whilst he was in there and ended up with terrible runs for over a week.
Anyway he hates the Vets   

I have Malacetic Aural, but that's from the vets, I am not sure about anything else from shops. Personally I wouldn't want to risk it. Could you ring your vet and ask if you can buy some and explain you don't really want to come back with Harry so soon after his eye problem x

Yes Hayley that's it, didn't know if you could get in online without a prescription  

We do get an ear cleaner over here straight from the pet shops. It's drops that you squeeze in and let them shake about. Really good for cleaning their ears

No idea what it's like, but pets at home do one.
