do your dogs eat grss?
my dog has been eating bits of it lately and i was woundering if this is normal?

Yep! Just wait till you get the grassy bum!

I hate it when they eat grass its horrible and messy kaiser is doing it at the moment

have to pull a 2 ft long blade of grass out of shadys balloon knot ,, yuk lol

Milly loves it wen i shout oy no she just grabs a bit more and looks as if to say wot it is really good

Poppy does the same, she loves eating all the grass in my back garden.. and she's started doing it when we go out for walks too, can be abit annoying when she doesnt wanna go anywhere else but one place where the grass tastes the best I guess.

Dogs will self medicate, they know instinctively which grasses will help them with different things. Some grasses they eat to make themselves be sick, some because they need something from them nutritionally, some just because they enjoy them! Its normal for dogs to eat a small amount of grass but if he is doing it excessively and it is accompanied with vomiting or diarrhea you need to look at why, possible causes.

I swear Lola's turned into a cow she has started eating so much every day on walks she vomits it all up.

i can remember when i was a kid asking my mum why the dog was eating grass and she allways said it was dog medicine and i thought she was barking mad but after reading this i take it all back lol

Vinnie does it and it gets very annoying cuz I have to help with the grassy bum everynow and then! Lol .. And what's worse is because vinnie does it skye has to do it! Lol she copys everything lol!

Bruno has turned into sheep, had to pull some out his bum the other day But not we keep a eye on him and hes not eating so much of it, especially as we left our son to look after him saturday afternoon for a couple of hour while we went to look round a care home, my son text and said Brunos being sick but its k cos it had grass it he just cleaned it up, which is quite brave for my son

Unfortunatly yes Molly does eat grass and yes its not a nice job having to clean her bum cos she got grass hanging out.
