Rather than cut it all out, just cut down a bit. It will all help in the long run and it will be easier to keep it off

Could do. I got a pedometer as long as I do my 10000 steps I can eat/drink what I want lol. But I feel guilty when I don't get my steps in, but having banes it ain't often I don't get them all in lol

I know the feeling I was 11 stone 12 before Xmas now I'm 13 dead on. Was doin a bit of weight traing but mainly because I wasn't getting out as much because I've been sitting in with spud, and trying to do sit ups etc only ends up in rolling about stopping my ears n hair getting chewed.
Drinking threw the week definatly doesn't help either Laughing
