He's home, he's home :-)

I am at work today, but I have already called the OH to make sure the pick up and sign over of Brutus went well. All is great, Brutus is now home for good WOO FRIGGIN HOO 
I sooooo can't wait to get home this afternoon to see him and give him a BIG kiss.
We still don't know how old he is, my guess would be 6 or 7 though due to his condition. Not sure how many years left he has, especially if that lump is a nasty one and it returns, but at least he will see out his life in a loving home. He gets the best of food (meat, meat and more meat), he has a huge yard to run around in through the day and a warm place on the couch inside at night. Not to mention a sprightly young Kuta to keep him active and fit lol.
I will get some pics up in the next few days of them for you to see. Brutus will be fashioning a nice plastic cone around his neck for a week though until his stickes are out.
Thanks to all of you for following our story, I am very glad it has finished in our favour. It has been a very long 2 weeks, but finally it is all sorted. I was my first time with a rescue dog, and I feel so proud with what we have done. If his owners try to find him now, to bad so sad.

Call me sad, but this has brought a tear to my eye! So wonderful to know that there are decent people out there who can give a loving home to a dog which health condition isnt great. I wish Brutus all the best!! x

I am well made up for you congratulations on your rescue now you can relax and have lots of fun with Brutus & Kuta before the little one comes along its gonna be a busy year for you lol. loads of pics and dont forget to let us all know how everything is goin x

Oh that's wonderful. I'm almost in tears here and my hubby is wondering what the problem is!!! I'm so so happy for you, now please remember to post LOTS of pics of Brutus and Kuta!
