Made an new sauce today

 i dont know how it will be like

what i do is blend veg up into an suce type of thing then thrwo in spice, herbs and wine or vinger

Yum, like a veggie soup/sauce with all the goodness

i cook it down to look abit like spag bowl without he meat

then you can have it with noodles, pasta, omelet, you can add a bit of water, chop some chicken/fish and pour the meat
