WARNING TO DOG OWNERS!!!!! Walmart sells a rawhide like chew called Exer-Hide - this has been causing MAJOR seizures and death. This product is manufactured in Brazil. This has been happening since December and yet the crap is still being sold. Please - pass this info on! SOLD IN ASDA!!

Not sure what or why they have been making dogs so ill but given that they all come from one source I would bet that maybe they put a dodgy preservative on them, the animals they used for the rawhide were sick or something similar.

Apparently most cases happened last year but if you still have some Bigwazza then they must still be being sold. Just came across these sites (below), quite worrying really u expect manufacturers to ensure that dog treats come from a reliable source. I mean its their job!

The symptoms sound like some kind of poisoning though, I can imagine that in Brazil they dont have as many strict rules regarding the killing of animals for consumption by animals.

it must have been the end ov last year when i last got them for when he was teething after he got his big teeth he was ripping big bits off so i stoped givin incase he choked

the thing is brazil is where most ov your corned beef comes from

Thanks for this i get him them rawhides from asda sometimes not sure what make it is but i will make sure i dont buy that one
