I do love a good find!

Popped into the shops after gym and always check out the doggy raw section. Today they had fresh pig's heads for next to nothing, bone meal for even less and some great pork bones and pig skins. Needless to say getting in the house was pretty easy     The cashier asked if I was going to cook up the pig's head for dinner...should've seen the look on her face when I said it will be going to the dogs as is

Aw, Broxi, I've found it takes quite a bit of shopping around. We don't have the variety here that you do, but with enough shopping around and literally checking out every butcher and store I come across, my freezer is always full for them and they get a good variety It also pays to be cheeky with the butcher's and fishmongers to get them to save you stuff!

Very nice haul Lisa I'm sure the kids will love it.

Always great to have a good find, I am going to start to chat up my local butcher and maybe get some bits for Rocky - wish me luck
