Hi, does anyone use 'vets all natural' brand dog food? Not sure if this is an aussie thing or not? They seem ok, but was wondering if anyone has any experience with it? TIA

www.vetsallnatural.com.au
I was looking at the museli that you can add raw meat to. They also seem to stock other products for sensitive skin which Coco seems to be.

She's been on Hills ZD for almost 6 weeks to rule out food allergy. She's also on meds for mites so she looks horrendus at the moment and is very itchy and red Sad I haven't done a raw food diet with her although she has had bones in the past and copes fine with them. I would like to try raw food (I think) although I've only been looking into this today and am reading such mixed reviews. A lot of people are pro it on this site, but when I research out of this site there's mixed reviews. So I thought maybe the vets all natural might be another option. All very confusing!!!!

On the internet theres always going to be mixed reviews on everything to do with dogs and humans, always remember that while kibble is most widely used raw feeding is the most natural way to feed a dog,and any skin allergies he has will more than likely be cleared by feeding him a raw diet.

There will be more experianced help along the way here when ella etc come on, im new to the raw myself, coco may well thank you for changing his food

not my cup of tea am afraid to say i don't like these complete raw foods, i also do not feed my boys an grain, fruit or veg.

Grains is a huge no no if your dog has any sort of allergies. I much prefer to feed whole wild prey animals, much more natural, nutritious and you know exactly what you are giving the if you DIY

As Ella says grains can be one if the main contributors to allergies. I would go for a grain free hypo allergenic diet, be that dry or raw  Smile

Darcy has allergies and we switched her to a grain free diet when dry fed which help but not as much as being raw fed as she is now Smile
