Just under 10!!!!!!! That should surely not be healthy for a guy your height
Looking good at the weight you are tho. Went to sw this morning of the 49 people who weighed in gained a total of 156 pounds over the week and I think there were only 7 of us who lost a total of 10 pounds between us
