Having a dinner party early next year for a few friends and one is a vegan so just after some tasty recipes which have been tried by vegans.

I found loads on the net but personal recommendation is always good

Oooo vegan is tough, I'm veggie but most of my recipes involve cheese! and lots of it! Will have a think for you though  Smile

Thanks folks, when looking on line vegan margarine is talked about which has me confused as margarine is just a water and fat /oil emulsion.

You can get lots of vegan substitutes, you can get vegan cheese but is not very nice!
