Not-So-New Newbies!

Hi guys!
I'm not sure if any one will remember me, Thomas and our beautiful dog Dre but I have forgotten our username to our last page :-( - silly me! So I have made up a new account and will be a regular user now I don't need to use my phone to update lol! Here's a wee picture of Dre - (I'm hoping it works - I had some difficulty posting pictures before.)

Recently my partner, Thomas, has passed away and I think this forum could really help me with Dre. I'm not the most confident with Dre and other dogs that he does not know and because of this he senses fear and thinks the strange dog is dangerous, making him growl and bark. I was always with Thomas when Dre met other dogs and I know he is perfectly fine and loves to play, Thomas would always be there to step in if another dog was to attack Dre but now he's not so my confidence has dropped.. this is partly the reason why I've made up a new page and because you guys are all great!!

i would start by trying to build your confidence up slowly,may be you could take some one with you on your walks or try and walk where there is not so many dogs around.do you know any one with a real friendly dog you could go walking with?

Yes, he has a friend he likes to play with called Max, they get on very well.
