I feel absolutely sick and horrified that anyone would neglect dogs in this manner.  And what is their punishment?  Not to keep dogs!

They had obviously got no wish to look after dogs anyway, so absolutely zero punishment there - they got off scot free.

If I could have, I would have made these subhumans clear up the mess they caused, and with no fooduntil they had done so.
