walking

Jesse is six months..and she hates rain or wind when on the walk she could just lie down and want to go home..this. dosent happen if my 18 yr old son is with me..is it a pack thing?were she feels better or safer with the two of us? Thanks guys

I doubt it's a pack thing. Maybe she thinks your son is more fun on a walk? 

Darcy enjoys her walks if a few of us go, but I don't think it's a pack thing, she just likes all of us to be there

Another playmate on the walk must be more fun

Harley is 4 months and if it is windy or wet outside a ten min walk can take half hour. He just sits down, he does walk better if there is me and my boyfriend there as he seems to want to follow the one who isn't holding his lead, I'm hoping he will out grow this and enjoy all walks

Daisy hates the rain on walks, unless she's with other dogs then it doesn't bother her!!

My 2 hate to leave the house if its raining but once they are out unless it is extremely stormy , thunder , lightning , hail etc then when they are out they are out

Same here - they don't look overly keen when they're getting 'togged up' but once they're out, they enjoy it. Having said that, I think we all prefer weekend walks when we can go to the beach - it's just too dark by 4.30pm at the moment on a working day  I want to buy them jumpers for under their harnesses but hubby thinks they'll look silly - coats are just too bulky and they wouldn't move.......
