i was going do an tomatoes sauce, tune and pasta...
i have decided to use the tomatoes sauce to put in the middle and top of an omelette

is it possible do an omelette with yust one egg? i want to add tuna in the middle

You definitely can use one egg! It will be nice and thin, then you can add the layer of tuna, will be nice together! I'm getting hungry now! Just remember to keep the heat on low as its only one egg will cook pretty quick!
