my bad is killing :(

Are you still drinking orange juice? That can make aches and pains worse. Pineapple is a natural anti inflammatory so you could try drinking some everyday

only having green tea at the moment

Have a nice hot bath?

just spend 30mins in one

I also have a back injury and I find that sitting down for too long is not good at all, I have to keep taking breaks all day and make sure I am only sitting for a maximum of 15 minutes at one time.

Have you tried a TENS machine they are great for back pain.

Probably sleeping in a different bed for a few days!
Now your back in your own it will probably go in a day or so.  

I've had a weak back for most of my life, and sometimes the muscles go into spasm or cramp. I've tried most things under the sun but the very best is to sit comfortably and relaxed with a hot water bottle on the offending place. I have often burned my back so be careful! Also, make sure you don't tense up your back when moving - keep all muscles relaxed, and a good exercise is to go on all fours and gradually raise your back (keeping muscles relaxed) as far as it will go and then reverse back down until your back is bending towards the floor - repeat, repeat.

Rest rest and rest mate. Its one of the worst things to injure and can linger for ages unless you take care of it now. If you can get a massage to relax the muscles or they will just tence up and become like bricks. Its so easy to damage your back no matter how fit you are

I found a big bruise on the back of my calf today  wanted to wear skin colour tights on friday but it needs to go down a bit!!

No idea! How do you even get a bruise on the back of your calf?! I must of walked backwards into something?!  I am clumsy but still

Yeah! I'm always covered in bruises, I blame the dogs, it's carnage at my mums when their all on the go!!

yea she ignore him and it just wind him up when we come home  so he jumps up

Took a while to get used to the jumps. Frosty likes to bust lips!

Naughty boy Sam, one of my mums is a nightmare for jumping up and he's so big! I try to help with training!

It's probably the drink Steve, liver and kidneys will be detoxing xx
