Is it okay to feed raw chicken wings?

I'm worrying now as I give Lola these twice a week (Chloe doesn't like them but Lola adores them). Another thread today seemed to imply that they could be bad for them or is it just legs not wings but I can't really see a lot of difference?

You can feed a raw chicken carcus so I'm sure it's fine :-)

Would 4 wings, twice a week, be okay? It's Lola's favourite tea so I'd hate to have to stop it.

Yer fine don't forget my two are raw fed so they get a hell of a lot of wings, legs, carcasses and everthing else

Thanks Ella, can you send me some ideas sometime please? They have liver 2 nights, raw mince 2 nights, kibble and raw egg 1 night, then Lola has her chicken wings with fish oil while Chloe has sardines 2 nights. The trouble is Chloe (while having the biggest mouth and sharpest teeth!) isn't keen on chomping through her tea, although chomping through her toys and sofas is fine  Also, I only feed them once a day, although they have kibble down all day if they want it - they have a tiny bit - and then their Kongs with peanut butter in and a few Markies. A friend of mine used to give her dog a proper breakfast, ie tripe or raw meat. All a bit confusing - although I think they'd eat meat any time, any where!!

Are you wanting to swap to raw or just add more raw meals in? you could try thing like lamb/pork ribs or spines, pigs trotters, turkey/duck/chicken necks, whole rabbits etc etc

It really depends on what you what to do

Be careful leaving the kibble down as mixing raw meat and kibble can cause an upset tummy!

I would really like to swap completely to raw but I've heard it's a lot of fuss...... I don't mind getting a freezer in the garage just for their food. So, things like giblets are ok? Lola would be fine with bones, but Chloe doesn't like them for some reason. She prefers mince or liver (ie soft stuff) for her tea.

I'm going to change to raw, starting with a frozen raw complete and gradually introducing other bits and pieces, maybe something like that would work for you too?

Nope no more fuss in feeding raw then dumping kibble in a bowl, but it needs research before hand, heres some links for you to have a look at:
