Poor bird Empty Poor bird

I have just rescued a girl Blackbird from Fred the Cat. Her wing is really damaged, I have put her in a cage, hopefully she will get better. I had a pigeon I rescued that had been shot and couldn't fly and he lived for a few years biggrin

Good luck Claire with your blackbird. Are you doing anything for her broken leg and wing? It's so difficult with wild birds, they so often die of sheer shock, so I wish you good luck with her. Do let us know.
