Thought you might like to see this. Jambo is the first DMWYD Staffordshire Bull Terrier Champion Trick Dog! (DMWYD is the officially sanctioned body for the sport of Dog Tricks). What treats do you use ? Thank you! we have what I call a hierarchy of treats. If learning something at home, without distractions or much added criteria then it's his kibble (dog food) but as soon as I add more criteria - distance, duration, distraction then I increase the value of the reward eg bits of ham, sausage, chicken. His ultimate reward is his boomer ball but then that's training over and playtime begins!
