Is this play OK ????

Old boy is 13 and slowing down a lot, Pup is only 7 mths, so super energized. She is always licking at the corner of his mouth and nibbles his hears. He seems to give her a few warning sounds ? They play like this all the time, there has never been any aggression or dominance issues. Just wanted to know if it's normal kind of play, or pushing the boundaries a bit. Thankyou for your wisdom.

Staffies are quite rough when it comes to playing, and very vocal too, if you feel they are getting a bit carried away I would step in a calm them down for a bit and then let them resume.
Hopefully we can see the vid soon though!

Worked for me, looks like great play to me your old gent is taking it very well and putting pup in order when needs be. Great vid

Staffs do play rough so nothing out of the ordinary there. Your old fella is keeping the pup in check so I wouldn't worry

Totally normal play. Your old boy will let the pup know when hes had enough. Lovely to see them having such a good time.
