coffee addcit

Been wired to the moon for a few weeks and generally not feeling well, assumed i wass dying. Turned out i had serious over coffee use lol i stopped drinking it and i have to say i feel so much better

Too much coffee gives me the jitters and makes me feel sick, no wonder you feel better Hayley glad you do. X

I don't drink much coffee. I had an iced coffee yesterday when I went shopping with Eleanor, but that was the first one for a couple of weeks!

Ive turned against it now. Got to the point i coudlnt function without a coffee, so ive been going through a bit of withdrawl this week lol

dont think i could function without my 6 o clock cup in the morning  

Neither could i and i hated that feeling! I could never be a drug addict cause i hate the feeling of being dependant lol thats why i quit smoking cause i started NEEDING a smoke and i couldnt handle that. wish i could stop needing food!!

i take my hat off to you Hayley giving up smoking and coffee takes a lot of will power  

I only have 2 cups a day. I used to have about 12!  

Not really a coffee drinker I like my tea. Glad its made you feel better not drinking it.
