Sounds like you know where you need to be! Just saying it doesn't always work. I'm slightly below average for body fat on a guy and there is no way I could get down there. I'd be rail thin and have to find a way to loose meat not fat. I weigh in right now at 225 so BMI ignores fitness, exercise type and body style. However, it does work for some types so sounds like you are in the groove!

personal preference here steve but i think you look good at the weight you are. tone up a bit (which might get another few lb off) but i wouldn't want to see you another stone and a half lighter
