Just popped on to say how much paaaaain im in. Never ridden so long and hard ( ) in my life. Was lots of fun apart from the leg pain lol

Here is me and my steed Paddy (Big dark one in the back and me wearing pink and purple ), who aside from taking the mick and trying to ditch me at the start and trying to shake me off the whole way round, was a pretty good fella.

2 hours, did a fair few trots (my horse was so big his trot was unridable so i ended up just hovering over him) and a few small canters then one big long gallop at the end of about a mile up and down hills. Thought my legs would buckle when i got off lol

Last 2 hour ride I did I had to dismount by slithering down the horse's shoulder - jelly legs!

My legs wouldn't have stopped a pig in a passage for 2 days after. ( )

In the olden days we used to have Radox bath salts for this kind of thing - if there is any modern equivalent I hope it helps!
