bought one of these about 2 weeks ago

last time i went to the dentist i was told i need to flooser more to stop my gem bleeding i was using this small thing they was an night mare i went to wilkos one day and spotted these  they are bloody great :)i will recommend them for the people who need it my gems as stop bleeding now

I'm rubbish at flossing too, have something similar to that!

I just wrap the tape around my fingers and go for it  

 but kathy these are great  i keep them on my pc deck and do it 2 times day jobs good one  

I think hubby uses something like that, I really should nic some of his  

I only use the little brushes from the dentists, that looks a bit like a cheese grater!

I brush twice a day and chew gum. I might look into it if my gums start bleeding

i brush twice an day use mouth wash my was breeding flossing sorted it out when i first used it i could taste the blood in my mouth everytime

I've got some disposables things that are a bit bigger string than that with a toothpick on the other end so I can floss my tongue with it as well , that's heaven

Never seen one of those before but I kinda want one now
