Ironing :(

OH & Molly have gone out on the motorbike, son has taken darcy to my mums, I'm stuck in doing the Ironing

Oh poor you woman , shh and get on with your work

 

I hope your doing it in the kitchen!
Dave let them do it in the living room and they start thinking they can just walk into any room

Today may have been ok for Jo to do it in the front room as she would notice the dried mud from my boots and clean it up before I came home and told her to do it . ( always better for them to think they have shown a bit of initiative as they then think they are clever , but unfortunately we can't let them take things too far or they will be trying to do silly man things like working computers , using power tools , parking straight etc )

I think it's the OCD in me that means we must start a week with all clean, ironed clothes, can't be doing with ironing before I go out, I like to grab clothes shower & dress no fuss

I wish, I've stood for 4 hours and ironed a weeks worth for 4 people

It's nice we've never done ironing never saw the point

I could have done some ironing today but then thought sod it I can live with creases for a few days it's too hot for ironing.

I really do not know why you girls are flapping over a few clothes , these things ususally have a habit of sorting themselves out . Loads of times I've left the house on a morning and there has been a huge pile in the corner , when I come home they're all gone and in the cupboards etc
