India bans dolphins

India has banned the captivity of ALL dolphins!!! Big Grin

I could not be happier. Costa Rica, Hungary, and Chile have also banned them. Now Costa Rica just need to stop all the illegal shark finning.

That's a work in progress! The courts that they are in now have said that the Japanese defense is just laughable. I think aus has a really good chance of winning and if they do the Japanese can only kill about 10 whales a year! Still 10 too many though - there is no need for scientific research anymore.
