Barney and his new toy

I saw this thing on a site called a kong zinger... looked like fun for barney, so i ordered him one aswell as extra rings. It came yesterday and i thought, he's gonna demolish this in no time , because the rings are hollow inside and the rubber doesn't seem that strong.

It's a great day up here today so we took barney and the kids down the beach armed with the zinger... He loved it... We threw one ring and then when he brought it back we threw the other.. he didn't have time to chew the ring, he was too busy going to fetch the other one. Just now he's lying in his bed fast asleep well tired after his beach fun.. thumbs up for the zinger!

Sounds like e liked it!! I just wouldn't let him have it in the house, thats when they tend to destroy things lol!!

Dempsey won't bring anything back. No matter what I've tried, he runs after whatever's been thrown & then lays down with it & proceeds to eat as much of it as possible before I can catch up with him!

Now it's getting warmer he doesn't even do that - he'll chase something a couple of times & then he just plods around with a look of sheer boredom!

i would love to meet him, he sounds such a character

any chance of putting a pic of Barney playing with his kong zinger so I can see what it looks like? Always on the look out for good hard wearing staffy toys! thanks!

haha woody is the same- although we are now progressing to giving tennis balls back so i can throw it again, i have to give a treat or another ball to get it though.

i would also like to see the zinger as im running out of toys he hasnt destroyed!

Another good day here today, so we're heading for the beach again.. I'll take my phone and video him with his zinger... If you get one i'd advise getting the spare rings.. I take 2 with me to the beach because if i took one he'd never let me have the ring back...

arggggggggggggg can't get the pic from my phone to work on the computer... shame it's quite good for showing barney and his new zinger toy!

Bloody thing! I paid £16 for it to be delivered off ebay with extra rings. Lasted 1 '30minute' walk.... The rings are not strong enough for my girls teeth though they loved playing with it and it goes really far and wore them out. Kong need to bring some rings out made of the black rubber they use for powerful chewers, then it would be perfect!
