First Injection Tomorrow

Just booked Archie into the vets for his first injection tomorrow. Will he be ok afterwards? My partner is off work so he will be with him all day to give him plenty of love and snuggles

He will be fine, Roxy never even noticed the needle go in as her skin was so loose, and she suffered no after effects at all.

Rocky was also fine! No difference what so ever, we got home and he ran around the house like a mad man! Good luck

Aww thank you he has quite a bit of loose skin so hopefully it will be the same for him

He will be fineeee...nothing to worry about at all. He will see it as a fun day out and forget about it when he's home!

Darcy had a tiny bit of an upset tummy (slightly runny poos) but nothing major, hope it goes well, let us know how Archie gets on

Good luck with your first set of injections Archie! They are usually fine after, they can be a little lethargic though! Gwen actually had a reaction to them and it swelled into a huge lump and she was limping and if you touched anywhere near it she would cry. We had to get her to the vet immediately but she ended up being okay. This is a rare occurrence though, but still always good to keep an eye on them!

Aww no poor Gwen and Darcy. Thanks everyone, he was totally fine, he didn't even flinch was over the moon. Will keep a close eye on him just in case
