More details would make it easier to help you. Smile For instance:

What gives you the idea that Annie has hearing loss?
Is she in discomfort?
Is it one ear or both?
Has she had any injuries to her ears?
How long has this been going on?
Is she shaking her head or losing her balance?
Is there any discharge coming from the ear?
Is there a foul smell coming from the ear?

As said, if you'd like to give us a few more details we might be able to help?

It could be allergies? What did the vet suggest? Smile

Oh, hair! Thought you were talking about hearing loss.

It could possibly be an allergy, if the vet hasn't found anything from the skin scrape.

I think ficiderm gel is an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory. Hopefully this clears things up quickly Smile and she feels better soon.
