Can anyone give me advice where I can find information on when it's safe to run with your puppy? I'm sure I read somwhere that you shouldn't run with a staff until their at least a year old, but have been researching it again tonight and can't seem to find anything?!

It depends on your staff's physical maturity, but I would say that a year old is probably the youngest for serious running. You could damage their tendons/ligaments if you do too much too soon.
