Who has 46 dogs!?!?!?

A man here in this wonderful island had 46 dogs seized from him by the USPCA. He then got the dogs back and has sued the USPCA cause he didnt like the way they dogs came back to him.


What i want to know is why someone has 46 dogs!?!! Clearly they are a very large scale breeder or hoarder and there is NO way that amount of dogs could be looked after physically and mentaly!!!

Its not possible to look after that many dogs! How did he even get the dogs back! And he's suing them...eh?!

He must have oodles of money to insure and look after all those. Can just imagine all the vet bills must amount to thousands per year

Maybe he is rich and has lots of helpers , surely the USPA would not return the dogs to him if they though their welfare was at risk

hes a breeder! thats a puppy farm in my mind!! there is no way anyone can look after dogs like that and sell them it shoudl be illegal! the USPCA are * here, they have no legal authority they are jsut a big pound really.

How do you know that Hayley ?? have you got some more facts you're not sharing with us, I still don't see how they would willingly give back all 46 dogs if they have no legal powers , more to the point if they have no legal powers then how did they take them all off him in the first place ??

The dinamics of the USPCA has changed recently. there used to be one bloke who told uspca to go do things and usually they did eff all or whatever they wanted (one tried to take my friends dog but they had give her it in the first place!!) , but now there are like 8 regional officers, and the USPCA can't do anything without the say so of an officer (even if an animal is literally about to fall down dead) and puppy farming isnt illegal. the uspca probably thought it was not on to have so many dogs but they have no power to keep them if they are in ok health. its still not RIGHT that he has so many dogs and he is breeding them all over the place
