He's A Sensitive Soul

I've noticed that whenever someone argues with me or sounds annoyed with me, Loki gets uncomfortable and sits next to me and scooches back so he's as close to me as possible. Bless him today me and my dad were talking, and it wasn't an argument and neither of our voices were raised at all, but I had a slightly annoyed tone to my voice, and Loki picked up on it and went straight to me. I wonder if it's for comfort or he's trying to tell me he'll protect me. Probably the first one ah, what a silly boy, how can people think these dogs are scary?

Aww he is such a gorjus boy Tara, darcy doesn't like raised voices, me & my son can have disagreements & I have to ask molly to take darcy upstairs either that or she glues herself on my knee

There's only us here so I don't realy know what she'd do but I think Daisy would be the same as she's not the bravest of dogs, if we're walking along and she sees something she doesnt like, she makes me go first and walks behind my legs!! Although it's the weirdest of things she's scared of!!

think all our dogs must be like that!sash hates it when i shout at my son(being 19 thats alot!)she goes silly,licking me and trying to sit on me,its like she's trying to calm me down,or not let me get up so i cant slap him one

Awwww, same its only me and Moo, I have argued with a friend or on the phone and she just goes to hide in another room and when I go in she gives me the very sad eyes

Poor dogs - I think they do pick up on discord and it makes them uncomfortable to say the least. Our Kuchar absolutely hates it when my son and I have row and hides under my bed - it breaks my heart.

They definitely pick up on it, it's just the first time I've noticed it, really. Zac didn't care, he'd just snore away through any argument I find it kind of sweet that he comes to me for comfort though

Yep when my neighbours argue Ledger shakes in the far corner looking at the wall. Also my brother gets rather vocal when watching football and shouts at the tv at which point Ledger tries to crawl onto his knee and cuddle into him
