He has gotten quite big hasn't he! Big Grin
Currently he is weighing 41 lbs. (18.5 kg) @ 13 months. For a purebred he's over the weight standard for a Staffy right ?

Kita - Well, there are a few reasons why I picked Bacon, but the main one was that when I got pictures from the breeder when I was waiting for him, he was so pink and chubby that I thought he looked like a piglet. But I didn't want him to have a wimpy name like piglet! Laughing So I stumbled onto Bacon and thought it was perfect! Now, i'd say he definitely has grown into his name. Not only does he look like a pig, but he has the appetite of one, and makes pig sounds too. rolling on the floor

Only slightely over T. Doesn't matter even slightely though because muscle weighs more than fat and Bacon is a total stunner.

Mat, yea i'm not worried at all. To me he is in wonderful shape. I was just curious because all three of his other siblings are show dogs and once upon a time the breeder wanted to take him to shows too, but I never did. Was wondering how weight is judged in a dog show if they are above the standard.
