I went to get my phone back i said if this happen again will i get a new one they said no they will keep sending it back till blackberry cant fix it anymore is this normal?

No...if the same problem keeps happening after its been fixed the first time, you should get a replacement. Thats what they did with the oh's and i was offered a new one aswell but thankfully fixed it myself.

i only had this phone for about 6 months and i wont know it's been fix till i have 2/3 weeks of text on it that when it normaly acts funny

I would demand a replacement if it happens again, if they refuse ask for your money back.

Orange will do anything to keep you on their network so like Haley said, demand a replacement and tell them if you dont get one, you want your money back and will go with another network in future!

The warranty usually lies with the manufacturer, the network provide the airtime so aren't responsible for the faults.

i was lucky this time becasue i had my old they lead me a a Samsung flip up phone OMG if i had to use that for a month i would had a break down

If it is contract then you can say you want to break the contract cause the phone aint working and you will expect them to repay what you have already paid on it for having to use a broken phone. Make their life hell and they usually give up and give in lol

In fact when my daughter lost her PAYG and I phoned up to get the sim blocked and the phone they did it immediately , sent me a new sim and a super cheap phone with all the credit transferred on it so she could keep going

iv been with orange for about 8 years now and never had a phone sent for repair iv allways been sent out a brand new phone with no questions asked.
plus the orange web and the shops are separate branches of the company and the shops dont normaly help web custermers so i think you may have been duped steve

to get a new one in 24 hours you have to pay £5 extra per month insurance.

They changed their policies recently but I'm not sure of them. I'm sure there is an option available in store now.
