I Have No Self-Control

The inevitable has happened, I gave Loki his Boomer Ball early . Which means he only has one new present for his birthday, which means I shall buy him something else . Anyway...I'm not sure if he loves it or gets so angry with it that he barks, but either way, he makes so much noise with it that it was almost like he was a different dog. Also ended up panting, which is very rare for him, so got lots of lovely pics of smiling Loki

You can't beat a boomer ball! I was the same when i bought Diesel one for her bday she got it early, but it worth it when u see their smilin faces an hear their crazy noises!

I've not heard anyone come on here and ever say that the boomer made their dog quiet , many times I've been upstairs and heard 1 of ours in the garden with it and thinking the 2 of them had started fighting , it's only when I go to have a look and notice the other one still under my desk I think "Ok Boomer Ball it is "

I didn't expect him to make any noise just because he never does, he's not a very vocal dog, but obviously he is given the right circumstances

Tilly is exactly the same , probably count on one hand the number of time she has made a squeak in the house , and she will not touch the Boomer in the house either , put it in the garden for her and she goes mental

Mine love all kinds of balls. Sometimes they bark at them, but I take it as a term of endearment until I just can't stand the racket anymore! :p

Lucky Loki! They are so much fun - Roxy makes the same sort of noise. Vinny has his own but he thinks the game is all about chasing Roxy and bugging her when she has hers :-<

Don't worry Biscuit doesn't either! She generally doesn't like anything that she can't rip to shreds so think it would drive her insane lol. Would be useful to have a toy that lasts for more than 5 minutes though!!

Bacchus isn't normally a barker but, give him his boomer ball and it's a different matter. I restrict his times so as not to annoy the neighbours too much.

Lola barks at hers too especially when it gets stuck or goes in the pond. even has its own name 'Balley'.

Same. I stopped it earlier because I think the kids next door were a bit scared of his growling. To be fair, it would sound rather vicious to someone not familiar with the noise

I got Cassie a solid 8inch ball from jollies ( I think they are the same as Boomer balls) Cassie loved even though she bit her tongue,chased it into the pond,got it stuck under the decking,stuck behind the greenhouse,squashed my tulips,and made so much noise and then lay by my feet looking at me with a wonderful smile and saying " I did try to kill it mum but it's dastardly slippery foe" best money spent yet lol

The pics and video are great Tara ... well worth the needing to get another birthday present in my opinion

I got him some more presents yesterday so no worries on that front, all sorted now he does love the ball though, I'd recommend it to anyone.
