without a bike again

i'm really having bad luck with this bike i dont know what to do with it, i took it back this morning and they wont be fixed it till after the weekend i've only done like a month worth of bike riding this year my hope of getting super fit for the summer as gone down the pan.

i dont know if to cut my loss with it and buy a better bike that can cope with a 20miles a day bike ride or put it down to abit of bad luck and try to get my money worth out of it.

How long you had it? Can't be that long, can it? If it isn't long, it might still be under warranty.

yea they fixing it for free.. but it's one thing after another one with it, it's driving me nuts

Steve i think after so many repairs you could claim its not fit for purpose as it keeps breaking and you've been reasonable allowing them to fix so often, i'd ask if you can upgrade and they'll take yours off you at full price once you use the phrase fit for purpose people take notice

i think i'm going do that if it break again

do you have to pay for the repairs, or is this under warranty

it be under a year warranty i pay 400 for it

I dont know much about bikes but surely they shouldnt break down so much you may have a faulty one id ring the manifactors see what they say you never know

Yes, I'd tell them it isn't 'fit for function' (to borrow a phrase from the Kennel Club!) and you either want another bike or a full refund. See what they say!
