I Hate going to see my dad who in a home with vascular dementia, they play music going back to the 1940 or sometime round there and omg it sents me to sleep lol but........... at the weekend we have go and look round some new homes as the home he's in cannot cope with anymore, but hey thats going off the subject Laughing

yeah its not good. where at dad's is at thou, sometime the men go to the toliet where ever they are, can be in hall or even on a person sick

my dad went into a home with dementia, i visited him only a couple of times, cause he was in burnley, but my brother went every night. they did look after him, but i know what you mean about the smell.
it was the best place for him to be, my brother had his own family to look after, same with me and he was pretty violent towards the end.
