OMG been on the phone to virgin all night

Hate it when my connection plays up. I used to have internet from 2 different companies at once. Sky and a special box for virgin

THEY WERE AS USEFUL AS A CHOC FIREGUARD

Thats the only reason why I didn't stick with virgin and went back to sky. Customer service made me want to commit genocide

I was really nice for the first hour then i lost it

I do that, they put the phone down.....I get madder.
Once I phoned them....waited 10 mins in a que and as soon as they answered I shouted T w@t they put it down but after saying every swear word I knew for the next 2 hours to them. I felt better and tried again being calm and polite
